Heroes in Thetan Arena have different gTHC Battles and Daily gTHC Battles (Min <> Max) depending on the rarity of heroes and skins.

In the Thetan World system, the THG token will be the primary currency unit for buying, selling, and conducting other transactions within the system. The THC token will be phased out and will no longer hold any value or utility within the Thetan World or Thetan Arena systems in the future.

So what does this mean for users who currently hold THC?

Users holding THC in their Web3 wallets or other related assets (THC in in-game wallets, NFT Heroes still containing THC) can convert them to THG through our THC Conversion event.

To ensure fairness for all users, we will establish a fixed conversion ratio between THC and THG based on the market value of THC at the time of the event announcement.

The THC conversion event ran for a month, from April 2nd to May 2nd, 2024. After the event concludes, Wolffun will not conduct any further THC conversion rounds. Overview

Tank heroes are responsible for becoming frontlines facing up to the enemies and prevent their teammates from receiving damages.

Basic Attributes:

In the 25th century, the world was revolutionized by the discovery of a novel energy source within an extraterrestrial crystal. This energy source exhibited properties that surpassed any previously known energy form and had the potential to replace all existing energy sources in the universe.

In the early 24th century, a sizable asteroid from deep space hurtled toward Earth. When the celestial object entered Earth’s orbit, a global coalition of nations employed advanced defense systems to fragment the asteroid into smaller pieces. Among the debris, eight fragments displayed a distinct, luminescent green hue and were dispersed across various regions of the planet. The first seven fragments landed in densely populated areas, releasing their energy and forming seven uninhabitable zones, devoid of life.

The eighth fragment impacted a suburban backyard, remaining dormant and not releasing any energy. A young boy discovered the shard, fashioning it into a necklace that he believed to be a lucky charm. Over the years, the necklace was passed down through the family, eventually reaching Raidon, the boy’s grandson.

Raidon, a prodigious intellect and skilled combatant, became fascinated by the necklace and dedicated years to researching its origin and properties. He eventually uncovered a connection between the necklace and the uninhabitable zones, realizing that the other fragments were drawn to one another. Raidon resolved to retrieve and unite the fragments.

• Rei

Joining the Saviors in order to protect the people of his homeland against the invasion and dictatorial power of the Government. Rei gradually gets caught up in the eternal conflicts between factions.

• Mortal

The younger brother of the twin criminals in the Metal Outlaws gang, Mortal is smarter than Breaker a bit but still loves fighting and destroying things. He looks like a dwarf.

• El Dragon

After retiring from professional Robot Boxing, El Dragon moves to Bionic. Being there, she earns a lot from them while still doing what she does best: fighting. She is one of BigPapa's subordinates, which allows her to do everything she wants without fear.

• Velvet

Velvet is a famous assassin. In a battle against the Government forces, Velvet was lethally injured. The Solar Eclipse saved her by replacing all the below parts with mechanical components. Since then, she has sworn to stay loyal to the Solar Eclipse.

• Mary

Coming from a forgotten nobel family, Mary possesses a skillset of an assassin. She is also a master in using daggers and pistols, which makes her a big threat to any target. Thanks to her agility, she can eliminate her prey and escape quickly without being noticed.

• Taekwon

Taekwon is a Taekwondo master who has a big ambition to reach the top of the martial arts world. He seeks and challenges others who called themselves martial arts masters to find the right path. He respects the rules and justice and is the one willing to take all the responsibilities.

• Durass

Coming from a lost tribe that was famous for technology, Durass is a kind warrior with a warm heart. However, BigPapa wanted him to join his force, so he manipulated Durass and made him become one of BigPapa's strongest subordinates.

The Senior Commander of Delta Force, Steelshot, is a master operating campaigns to sweep his enemies' forces and conquer their strongholds using his advanced strategies, technologies, and firepower.

• Destroid

Wanted by Government groups around the world for committing destructive explosions, Destroid is also known as Explosive Expert. He was requested by Errant Ghost to join the Saviors. His biggest rival is Raidon of the Government.

• Benjamin

As a weapon expert, Benjamin has a very rebellious personality, which leads to chaos everywhere he goes. Seeing that the Metal Outlaws was suitable for his lifestyle, he decided to join them to bring more destruction to the world

• Shanna

Shanna is a marksman archer. She used to be a protector for an ancient family in China. Because of going against the Government policies, the family was suppressed and Shanna joined the Nova from then by the will of the last owner.

• Phoenix

Desired to stop the pain and the suffering of innocent people from the eternal conflicts between Government groups, Phoenix decided to join the Nova. Phoenix rapidly becomes a core member of the Nova using her talents and gifted special abilities.

• BigPapa

A notorious godfather from South America, BigPapa represents the dominating and supreme power of the underworld. Don't even dare to mess up with him.

• Culien

Culien is a creature from outer space. He has a cute look of a baby with a hidden chaotic and cunning personality.

Damage Skill: Dealing a great amount of damage in a short period to your enemies.

Thetan Arena Stake (THG Staking) - FAQS

Before joining the battlefield, players are requested to select 2 skills in addition to choosing a hero. Each skill belongs to a different kind of skill sets, which requires players to make decisions more carefully to use them effectively.

Skills in Thetan Arena are categorized into 3 different skill sets based on their main attributes. Each skill set is also divided into 3 different levels of rarity which are default, rare and mythical.

3 skill sets include:

• Effect Skill: Inflicting status on self, allies, and enemies.

• Damage Skill: Used to greatly increase the amount of damage in a short period.

• Support Skill: Aiding you against attacks of enemies.

Every week, there are randomized 15 skills to be selected in the skill pool. Players can only choose the skills which are available. The skill pool will be refreshed weekly.

Overview

The Leaderboard is a system that ranks players in the game based on their achievements. Leaderboards help increase competitiveness among players and create exciting challenges, forcing them to work hard to overcome.

‌Leaderboard Classifications

The Leaderboard in Thetan Arena is divided into several categories to create different challenges for players to conquer. Players can optionally change and view their ranks according to the categories of the leaderboards.

Leaderboards are classified as follows:

• Trophy Leaderboard: rank players based on total trophies.

• Victory Leaderboard: rank players based on the number of wins.

• Streak Leaderboard: rank players based on the number of consecutive winning streaks.

Leaderboard reset

Except for Trophy Leaderboard, all other Leaderboards will reset at the start of a new Season (a three-month Season). The goal is to equally divide the opportunity to compete for the top ranks for new and old players.

Free-to-Play

Free-to-Play is a new concept initiated by Thetan Arena since the first version. We find that the players must invest a certain amount of money in playing the game is unreasonable and prevents many traditional players from playing NFT games. In an e-sport game, the more players, the better the battle. Pay to Play limits the expansion of Thetan Arena in the future. ‌That's why we decided to build a Free-to-Play model, and players don't need any investment to play the game.

Free-To-Play in Thetan Arena

The new beginners will be given a normal hero to play and can be used to earn native in-game tokens (Thetan Coin). When you play to a certain rank, you will get the 2nd and 3rd heroes. You can make enough tokens to open new premium heroes on Thetan Marketplace with these three free heroes.

• The free hero offers less opportunities for earning tokens compared to the premium hero

Overview

The Battle Pass is the key reward system of each Season (one season lasts three months). The Battle Pass provides players with many valuable rewards, helping them power up to achieve a higher Rank in the season. As the reward system representing a Season, the Battle Pass will include Season-specific rewards such as new heroes, new skins, avatars, etc.

How it works

The Battle Pass is divide into 60 Tiers. Each Tier requires a certain amount of Season Points to pass and receive the rewards of that Tier. Players can obtain Season Points by participating in Battles or from in-game quest rewards.

Each Tier of the Battle Pass is divide into two types of rewards:

• Normal rewards: normal rewards, average amount, and not much variety

• Premium rewards: premium rewards, large quantity, variety, and special rewards.

Battle Pass reset

At the beginning of the new season, the player's progress on the Battle Pass will be reset to 0, and the reward of the Battle Pass will also be changed according to the characteristics of that season.

Overview

Guilds are organizations created by the players. The guild helps to increase the connection between the players with quests that require the efforts of all members to support the guild's growth and collect valuable rewards. Guilds create a more challenging environment by ranking races with a scale between groups of players. ‌

Create a Guild

A‌ player must reach a certain level, and a small fee is required to create a Guild. Players can set Guild membership requirements to increase the quality of Guild membership. ‌

Join the Guild

‌Players can join any Guild as long as they meet that guild's eligibility requirements. Players can also participate through the invitation of guild members. ‌

Guild Levels

Guilds have their Levels. The higher the Level will unlock more valuable features. The Guild needs many Glory Points and other resources to level up, requiring all guild members to work hard to collect enough. Guild Level also determines the maximum number of Guild members. ‌

Guild Leaderboard

Guild will be ranked against each other based on the total Glory Point. The more complex the members work to collect Glory Points, the higher the Guild rank will be.

Guild Leaderboard will be reset at the start of a new season to ensure fairness between the new Guild and the old Guild.

Main Features in Guild

• Guild Shop: exclusively for Guild members, selling special items only available here.

• Guild Role: a positioning system for guild members, members with particular positions can receive additional benefits in collecting in-game resources

Play-to-Earn in Thetan Arena

In Thetan Arena, you can Play to Earn in many ways:

1. If you don't want to invest money into the game, you can use Free (Normal) Hero to participate in battles so to accumulate enough in-game rewards of Thetan Coin ($THC) for playing. You may also sell $THC in a peer-to-peer manner to the market or use it to open more Premium Hero, and its take time.

2. If you can't wait, a combination of $THC and $THG may be consumed to open Thetan Box to get Premium Heroes. With Premium Heroes, players can dedicate playing hours to level up, and possibly trade them for $THC. In addition, you can also use Premium Heroes to participate in various special events to earn more $THC and $THG in reward. If you want more, let sharpen your skills and conquer the leader-boards.

3. As a digital asset holder, you can treat Premium Heroes as digital assets that may earn rewards/income by active battling in the Arena. The owner of premium heroes can enter into private arrangements with the actual players, entering into direct peer-to-peer arrangements for rental of heroes or sharing rewards obtained cooperatively. Players who are unable to obtain these Premium heroes may also work together to earn digital tokens, because they have the time & skills to optimize your digital assets.

4. As a Player, who spends time to sharpen their skills & ability to optimize any Heroes and become partners in the ecosystem.

5. As a streamer, you can stream games to attract game players to support you and receive rewards from Thetan community.

Thetan box is a box system sold by Thetan Arena system to users on the Marketplace.

Purchase a Thetan Box costs THG and THC depending on what kind of Thetan Box you choose (Use THC to purchase Common and Epic boxes. THG for Legendary boxes). The THG portion is variable and subject to adjustment based on a myriad of economic factors.

What is Hero Rental?

Hero Rental is a feature where Thetanians can rent and play their favorite heroes with ease. With this feature, Thetan Arena aims to give all players a more diverse gaming experience and a chance to try the heroes before actually buying them.

In Hero Rental, owners can set their heroes up for rent on the marketplace. On the other hand, renters will spend an amount of THC for rented heroes’ temporary ownership alongside with many other attractive benefits.

In this amazing mode, players are divided into two teams. Their mission is to bring down the rival's tower.

Players have to collect items called Battery to summon the Siege Robot. The tower can only be damaged whenever the Siege Robot reaches the tower.

The game will end when either one of the towers is destroyed. If the time runs out and neither of the towers is destroyed, the team whose tower has more health will be the winner.

Players join and try to own the Superstar.

The "mother" Superstar produces Point Stars which give match points to the team which collects these.

The team that has more match points will be the winner. In the case that a team has more than 50 match points than their rival, it will be instantly announced as victorious.

Mounted NFT

Mounting is a process where you attach THG to an NFT to increase the value of the NFT and make it a Mounted NFT.

Each NFT has a specific Mount Value Requirement, which limits the amount of tokens that can be attached to an NFT. Furthermore, in addition to the amount of tokens you use to put into the NFT, you will also be rewarded with a Mount Bonus.

This bonus comes from the initial reward pool (Creator To Earn Pool), which is recorded in the .

Once an NFT is mounted, users can Grind it (more details below) to earn. Plus, Mounted NFT can also be traded on Thetan World .

Thetan World's Play-and-Earn mechanism revolves around the concept of "Grinding," which involves utilizing Mounted NFTs to earn rewards in the form of THG tokens. NFT rarity will only be compatible with equipment of the same rarity and will depend on the items required by that NFT.

Since NFT’s Grind Ability is calculated as 70% of the NFT's base ability plus the Equipment Effect. The star-ranking level of an equipped item directly impacts the NFT’s Grind Ability.

Currently, equipment items can only be acquired through Lucky Spin. You can also search for items on Marketplace. However, compatible ones are not always there. Therefore, keep grinding to get spins!

• Current Grind Reward

In Thetan World, an NFT is used to grind across games integrated into the system. However, the NFT’s appearance is only visible in its own game. For example, if you own an NFT hero from Thetan Rivals, that NFT’s appearance won’t be visible in Thetan Arena.

Here is a calculation table for equipping all six equipment slots with the highest effect (3 stars):

Grind Payback Period: This indicates the number of days to fully grind mounted THG from NFT, limited to 1 hour daily. If you grind your NFT without equipment, its lifetime is still deducted. Once its lifetime runs out, users can’t use it to earn any more.

Mount Value Requirement: The amount of THG to be staked into an NFT for mounting.

Mounting Bonus: The bonus percentage an NFT receives based on luck when mounting.

Grind Reward/hour: Total THG received per hour when Grinding NFT through gameplay.

Est ROI: Est ROI is calculated assuming average Mounting Bonus and Spin Rewards for a fully equipped NFT. Actual ROI may vary.

The Ranking is a system that sorts players' ranks based on the trophies they get in matches. The goal is to create groups of players with the same standards of skills in order to get battles with great quality. The Ranking also helps others recognize top player's achievements.

The ranking system consists of 11 ranks, and players need to achieve a certain amount of trophies to advance to the next one. Each rank will be divided into many small tiers, helping players keep track of their progress more easily. It also provides a better classification for match-matching.

Every day, top 20 Champion level players will become Super Champion. At this rank, players will get exclusive items for the Super Champion rank and be honored on the leaderboard for 24 hours.

How to Rank up

Players will participate in battles and receive trophies based on the results of those battles. Players will rank up when reaching a specific amount of trophies. ‌

• The hero's limit is more or less dependent on the rarity of the hero and the skin used by the hero.

Ranking auto-reset

Players' rankings will be reset at the start of a new season (one season lasts three months).

The reset will follow the rules:

• Players from the Platinum rank and above will reset to the beginning of the Platinum rank (Tier 5).

• Players with ranks below the Platinum will not be reset.

The purpose of this reset process is to give higher-ranked players more motivation to continue to rank up at the start of the new season. And players at lower ranks have the opportunities to access higher ranks.

Ranking Rewards

The process of ranking up helps players receive many valuable rewards such as Thetan Coin, Power points, Heroes... The higher the orders, the more valuable the rewards are.

The rank reset at the beginning of the season will also reset the rewards from Platinum Tier-5 and above, which gives players more opportunities to receive more rewards.

What is Free to Earn?

Free to earn is a new definition and was first proposed by Thetan Arena in its economic system. Free to earn means: players do not need to invest any money to play in the game, the only thing they need to commit is time and effort.

So how to do this? When a player starts the game, the system will give the player a normal character called Raidon. Players use this character to participate in completely free battles.

When the player wins the match, they can claim Thetan Coin and Thetan Gem.

How are free heroes distributed?

When players log into the game for the first time, they will be given a free hero at Level 1 and 2 more heroes later. Players can still use $THC (Thetan Coin) or power points to upgrade those heroes for free normally. The only difference is that free heroes are not eligible for minting and being sold on the NFT marketplace.

Our goal with $THG and $THC is to use this as economic incentives to encourage users to participate in the ecosystem activities. The mechanisms described above have two main goals:

• To reward players for interacting with Thetan Arena while incentivizing them to utilize tokens for transaction, so as to create an internal circulating economy.

THETAN ARENA STAKE (THG Staking) is a unique staking program whereby THG holders can contribute to stabilizing the THG token's value by decreasing the token in circulation and having it locked for a certain amount of time as a long term investment. Wolffun ID is essential and required when you join Thetan Arena. The account helps you save the scores that you gain in the game as well as identify you when you enter the game's special programs and events.

Important Note: Wolffun ID is permanently tied to your wallet account. You cannot change the wallet address of your Wolffun ID once connected. Terms of Use

These following Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you") and Wolffun Game (“we", “us", or “our") regarding your access to and use of the www.ThetanArena.com website and the Thetan Arena apps (mobile app, PC app) as well as any other asset from social media channels, social networks, communities or mobile applications related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site" and the “App"). Thetan Arena is a distributed application that is going to launch and run on the Binance Smart Chain (the "Blockchain"), using a specially-developed system called Smart Contract (the “Smart Contract”) to enable users to battle as well as own, trade heroes with different rarities. These assets can then be visualized on a website that the user can interact with the Site. The Smart Contract and the Site are collectively referred to in these Terms as the “App”. By using the App, users can manage their assets and use the Smart Contract to battle and trade with other App users.

WE ARE ONLY WILLING TO DISTRIBUTE THE APP, THE SMART CONTRACT, AND THE SITE AVAILABLE TO YOU IF YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THESE TERMS. BY USING THE APP, THE SMART CONTRACT, THE SITE, OR ANY ASSET-RELATED, OR BY CLICKING “I ACCEPT” BELOW AND IMPLYING YOUR ACCEPTANCE CHECKING IN THE TICK BOX, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE. Our product is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. People under the age of 18 are not permitted to any form of using our assets including the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract. Such approaching people are asked to return immediately upon trying to access our product.

2/ USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract, you represent yourself and agree that:

(1) All registration information you submit is fully stated, true, accurate, and up-to-date;

(2) You will maintain the accuracy of such given information and will be asked promptly to make updates whenever necessary;

(3) You have the legal capacity and the thorough understanding of complying with these Terms of Use;

(4) You are not a part of a minority community that practices laws and regulations which have nothing in common with ours;

(5) You will not access the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract using automated and non-human means, whether it is a bot, script, or anything alike;

(6) You will not use the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract for committing any illegal and unauthorized purpose;

(7) Your use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract will not violate any existing given law or regulation. If you provide any information that is untruthful, inaccurate, not up-to-date, we have the right to suspend or terminate your accounts and refuse to approve your any action regarding any current or future activities of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract.

(8) You can only own one account attaching to one device at a time;

(9) You are not on any blacklist of any organization for any reason including committing scams, fraud; illegal data exploiting, using third-party software for personal benefits; trying to gain access and damage our assets without our approval; and everything alike. If we find out any illegal activities, we will make a prompt intervention and resolve to legal means if necessary.

3. USER REGISTRATION

You are required to register upon accessing the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract. You should have control over your password confidentiality and will be responsible for the use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim or change a username you select if we determine in case that such username is inappropriate or appears as irritation to other users.

4. WALLETS and DIGITAL ASSETS

Thetan Arena allows its users to access and manage BEP20 digital blockchain-based assets (“Digital Assets”). Your wallet, Digital Assets, and cryptocurrencies are completely in your own control. You are the one and only one responsible for manipulating your fund to perform any transfers of Digital Assets. We cannot interfere with any of your Digital Assets storage and transactions from your wallets in any case.

Thetan Arena does not maintain any blockchain wallets. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Thetan Arena has no liability for or control over the safety, suitability, quality, delivery, legality, or other aspects of any of your Digital Assets.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract for any purpose other than those for which we make the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract available. The Site, the App, and the Smart Contract may not be used in connection with any commercial activities if not approved by our legal teams in Wolffun Game.

Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without our approval.

Make any unauthorized use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of registered users by using third-party software; creating user accounts by automated means including using bots or hiding presences by faking IP addresses.

Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts.

Use the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract as assets to advertise and offer to sell personal goods and services not relating to Wolffun Game.

Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract, including those that prevent or restrict the act of copying Content or enforcing limitations on the use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract.

Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users with any attempt to get sensitive account information such as user passwords.

Making improper use of our support services or submit false reports.

Committing acts of using automated means or AI to interfere with our assets, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining tools, robots, data extraction tools, and alike.

Interfering with or creating interruption on the Site, the App, the Smart Contract, the networks or services related to the product.

Attempting to impersonate another user or person; using the username of another user.

Selling or transferring your game account.

Using any information obtained from the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Using the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract as a part of an effort to compete with us; using the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract or every product-related things commercial purposes.

Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or interfering mechanically any of the software parts or assets of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract.

Attempting to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract.

Harassing, intimidating, or threatening our employees or agents whose jobs are to provide any portion of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract to you directly.

Deleting logos or marks representing the copyright or other proprietary rights from our product.

Copying and making use of the Site’s frontend codes, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and others.

Uploading or transmitting viruses, Trojan horses, or anything alike, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interfere with our product’s intentional original works. Modifying, impairing, disrupting, altering, or interfering with the intentional original uses, features, functions, operations, or acts of maintenance of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract.

All types of activities, all forms of action which pose as a law and regulation violation.

6. FEE AND PAYMENT

You can purchase, trade heroes (collectively, “HEROES"). The number of HEROES now is 25 coming with distinctively different in gameplay, movesets, special skills and we hope to make this number bigger in near future. When the marketplace is launch and players are allowed to make transactions with others, please noted that such transactions are conducted solely through the Blockchain via a designated wallet and currency (THC). We will keep no information and provide no control, support, the ability to reverse reported transactions. In general, we have no liability to you or to any third party for any alleged problems that arisen during the alleged trades and transactions conducted via the Smart Contract, the Blockchain.

The Blockchain requires the payment of a transaction fee for every transaction that occurs in the marketplace. The fee funds the network of computers that run the decentralized network rather than as profits.

In addition to the fee, each time you use the Smart Contract to conduct a transaction with another user via the App, you are agreed to allow us to collect a commission of 4.25% of the total value of that transaction. You should have a clear understanding that the commission will be transferred directly to us through the Blockchain as a part of the transaction.

As a matter of fact, we (we and you users) will be legally responsible for paying any types of cost, duty, and tax as your government requests. Such numbers will vary according to your jurisdictions and countries as well as the national laws and regulations.

We have no liability and will provide no data, no support to you in such processes.

7. SUBMISSION

You should have a full understanding and an agreement that any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback or other forms of information regarding using the Site, the App and the Smart Contract (“Submissions") provided by you to us are non-confidential and should eventually become our properties. We are eligible for the unrestricted use and of these Submissions to any lawful purposes, commercial activities without notifying you of our acknowledgment or compensation. You also should be aware of the discretion of any content-related you submit to the Site, the App, and the Smart Contract. Everything that poses a violation against the laws and regulations will be completely removed without notification.

If you decide to leave the Site and/or the App and access the Third-Party Websites or to use or install any Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that these Terms of Use you are reading are no longer effective. At this point, the Terms of Use of the Third-Party Websites you are using are effective. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any website to which you navigate from the Site and/or the App or relating to any applications you use or install from the Site and/or the App.

Any purchase you make through Third-Party Websites is no longer within our Terms of Use, so we are not responsible for any problem that arises from the purchase. You agree and acknowledge that we do not endorse the products and services offered on Third-Party Websites and you should hold us harmless from any harm caused by your purchase of such products and services.

Additionally, any losses sustained by you or harm caused to you relating to resulting in any way from any Third-Party Content or any contact with Third-Party Websites are not our responsibilities.

9. ADVERTISER

We provide areas within the Site and the App for advertisements and other information. Advertisers are fully responsible for the reliability of the advertisements, including the services and products. These advertisements should not violate any rules, and advertisers must prove that they have the following rights, but are not limited to, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, and contractual rights. We hold no responsibility if there are any violations regarding these rights.

10. TERMINATION

These Terms of Use remain in full force and effect while you use the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts. We reserve the right and are able to conduct the following actions as of our own sole discretion and without informing you of any notice or liability: deny access to and use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts (including blocking IP Addresses) to any person for breach of any presentation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms of Use. We may terminate your use or participation in the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts or delete your account without warning, at our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or a borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating and suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

You expressly understand and agree that your access to and use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts are at your sole risk and that the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors make no express warranties and hereby disclaim all implied warranties regarding the site, the app and the smart contracts and any part of it (including, but not limited to, the site, any smart contract, or any external websites), including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, correctness, accuracy, or reliability. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not represent or warrant to you that:

(i) your access to or use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts will meet your requirements,

(ii) your access to or use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error,

(iii) usage data provided through the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts will be accurate,

(iv) the Site, the App and the Smart Contracts or any content, services, or features made available on or through the Site, the App and the Smart Contracts are free of viruses or other harmful components, or

(v) that any data that you disclose when you use the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts will be secured. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties in contracts with consumers, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing online over the Internet and agree that we have no liability or responsibility for any breach of security unless it is due to our gross negligence.

We will not be responsible or liable to you for any losses you incur as the result of your use of the Blockchain, including but not limited to any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

(a) user error, such as forgotten passwords or incorrectly construed smart contracts or other transactions;

(b) server failure or data loss;

(c) corrupted wallet files;

(d) unauthorized access or activities by third parties, including but not limited to the use of viruses, phishing, brute-forcing, or other means of attack against the app, Ethereum network, or the Metamask electronic wallet.

HEROES are intangible digital assets that exist only by virtue of the ownership record maintained on the Blockchain. All smart contracts are conducted and occur on the decentralized ledger within the ronin network. Wolffun Game has no control over and makes no guarantees or promises with respect to the smart contract. Thetan Arena is not responsible for losses due to the blockchains or any other features of the Blockchain. Including but not limited to late report by developers or representatives (or no report at all) of any issues with the blockchain including forks, technical node issues, or any other issues having fund losses as a result.

12./ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You understand and agree that we, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable to you or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages which you may have, including, but not limited to, any loss of profits (both directly and indirectly), loss of goodwill or business reputation, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or any other intangible loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree and acknowledge that our total, aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your access to or use of (or your inability to access or use) any portion of the site, the app, and the smart contracts, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, is limited to the greater of

(a) the amounts you actually paid us under these terms in the twelve (12) month period preceding the date the claim arose, or

(b) one hundred (100) US dollars.

You agree and acknowledge that we have made the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts available to you and entered into these terms in reliance upon the warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth herein, which reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between the parties and form an essential basis of the bargain between us. We would not be able to provide the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts to you without these limitations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, and some jurisdictions also limit disclaimers or limitations of liability for personal injury from consumer products, so the above limitations may not apply to personal injury claims.

13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You accept and acknowledge each of the following:

The prices of blockchain assets are easy to change because the fluctuations in the price of other digital assets could materially and adversely affect the value of your HEROES, which may also be subject to significant price volatility. We cannot guarantee that any purchasers of HEROES will not lose money.

(2). You are solely responsible for any taxes apply to your HEROES-related transactions, according to your own country’s or region’s tax rules. Thetan Arena is not responsible for determining the taxes that apply to your transactions on the App, the Site, or the Smart Contract.

(3). The App does not store, send, and receive HEROES. This is because HEROES exist only by virtue of the ownership record maintained on the App’s supporting blockchain. Any transfer of HEROES occurs only on the Blockchain.

(4). There are risks and limitations associated with using an Internet-based currency, including, but not limited to, the risk of hardware, software, and Internet connections, the risk of malicious software introduction, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorized access to information stored within your wallet. You accept and acknowledge that Thetan Arena will not be responsible for any communication failures, disruptions, errors, distortions, or delays you may experience when using the Blockchain.

(5). A lack of use or public interest in the creation and development of distributed ecosystems could negatively impact the development of the Thetan Arena ecosystem, and therefore the potential utility or value of HEROES.

(6). The current state of regulations regarding blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and tokens is uncertain. When new regulations or policies are introduced, they may materially adversely affect the development of the Thetan Arena ecosystem, and therefore the potential utility or value of HEROES.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and defend us, including our affiliates and respective directors, officers, and personnel from and against all losses, costs, damages, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) that may be suffered or incurred by Third-Party arising out of or as a result of or relating in any manner to a claim relating to:

(1) use of the Site,

(2) breach of these Terms of Use,

(3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use,

(4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, or

(5) any overt harmful act toward any other use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts with whom you connected via the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

15. USER DATA

Certain data, including your data use of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts, will be kept for us to manage the performance of the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that release to any activity you have performed using the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

16. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts, or in respect to the Site, the App, and the Smart Contracts constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Use operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control.

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void, and unenforceable, that particular provision is deemed separable from the whole Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms of Use or use of the Site. You agree that these Terms of Use will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them.

You hereby waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms of Use and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms of Use.

The goal of introducing $THG is to provide a convenient and secure mode of payment and settlement between participants who interact within the ecosystem on Thetan Arena, and it is not, and not intended to be, a medium of exchange accepted by the public (or a section of the public) as payment for goods or services or for the discharge of a debt; nor is it designed or intended to be used by any person as payment for any goods or services whatsoever that are not exclusively provided by the issuer. $THG does not in any way represent any shareholding, participation, right, title, or interest in the Company, the Distributor, their respective affiliates, or any other company, enterprise or undertaking, nor will $THG entitle token holders to any promise of fees, dividends, revenue, profits or investment returns, and are not intended to constitute securities in Singapore or any relevant jurisdiction. $THG may only be utilized on Thetan Arena, and ownership of $THG carries no rights, express or implied, other than the right to use $THG as a means to enable usage of and interaction within Thetan Arena.

$THG also provides the economic incentives which will be distributed to encourage users to contribute to and participate in the ecosystem on Thetan Arena, thereby creating a mutually beneficial system where every participant is fairly compensated for its efforts. $THG is an integral and indispensable part of Thetan Arena, because without $THG, there would be no incentive for users to expend resources to participate in activities or provide services for the benefit of the entire ecosystem on Thetan Arena. Given that an additional $THG will be awarded to a user based only on its actual usage, activity, and contribution on Thetan Arena and/or proportionate to the frequency and volume of transactions, users of Thetan Arena and/or holders of $THG which did not actively participate will not receive any $THG incentives.

Earn

• There will be Special Events organised by Thetan Area which allows $THG and unique crypto collectibles (NFTs) to be earned.

• Participating in tournaments will allow users to earn $THG.

• Participating in the Marketplace will allow users to earn $THG.

Utilities

• Users would receive $THG rewards by staking Thetan Heroes and participating in a variety of ecosystem games and tasks, for example completing certain challenges, outperforming other players, accruing play-time, introducing new users to the game, or participating in governance.

• In order to promote decentralized community governance for the network, $THG would allow holders to create and vote on on-chain governance proposals to determine future features and/or parameters of Thetan Arena (the right to vote is restricted solely to voting on features of Thetan Arena; it does not entitle $THG holders to vote on the operation and management of the Company, its affiliates, or their assets or the disposition of such assets to token holders, or select the board of directors of these entities, or determine the development direction of these entities, does not constitute any equity interest in any of these entities or any collective investment scheme; the arrangement is not intended to be any form of joint venture or partnership).

Claim THG Token

Players can claim THG token (Thetan Gem) from gTHG earned in the game.

First THG claiming requires Player Account to have been created for at least 12 days. After that, players can claim once every 48 hours.

Transaction fee

• A 4% fee based on THG claimed will be charged in gTHG

• Minimum chargeable fee: 5 gTHG
